Ingredients -
3 figs, quartered
1 wedge of Brie
1 package prosciutto
Preparation:
Cut small squares of Brie. You need one for each fig quarter.
Select a fig quarter. Place it so the skin of the fig is on the plate.
Place a square of Brie on top of the fig. Skewer it with a large toothpick.
Select a slice of prosciutto and drape it over the top of the fig, skewering it with the top of the toothpick several times so the meat is folded loosely.
Place the appetizers on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for a few seconds to crisp the edges of the prosciutto. This may as brief as 5 or 10 seconds.
