Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients -

1 pound of large shrimp
24 ounces of tomato juice
1 bottle of Heinz ketchup
Tabasco sauce
Butter
1 onion
1 large tomato
Salt and pepper, to taste
Basil
Thyme
Oregano
Fresh cilantro
Fresh parsley

Preparation:

To begin, melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat, and stir in some basil, thyme, and oregano.

Remove the shell and head from the shrimp, and roll them around in the butter and herb mixture until they are thoroughly covered. Grill lightly until cooked.

Dice the onions, cut the tomatoes into cubes, and chop the fresh cilantro. Place all of these ingredients in a mixing bowl, and pour in the tomato juice.
