Easy Prawn and Caviar Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients -

7 oz mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
½ tablespoon brandy
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ iceberg lettuce
6 oz cooked shrimp
2 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 lime
1 fresh tomato
6 teaspoons caviar
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
6 sprigs fresh parsley, to garnish

Preparation:

Chop the lettuce up and divide it between 6 serving dishes.

Cut the tomato into 6 slices and cut the lime into 7 slices.

Add a slice of tomato and a slice of lime to each dish.

Combine the mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, cayenne pepper, ketchup and the juice from the extra lime slice.

Season the mixture with the brandy, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco and mix well.

Divide this sauce between the serving dishes.

Arrange the shrimp on top and also a teaspoon of caviar.

Use the parsley sprigs to garnish these shrimp appetizers and serve right away.
