Roast Beef Recipe with Cream Cheese

Roast beef recipes are always popular because roast beef is so flavorful and goes with a lot of different ingredients. If you do not have roast beef, you can use deli ham or turkey instead. Cheesy Roast Beef Recipe

Ingredients -

2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup chive and onion cream cheese
½ cup green onions
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 plum tomatoes
1 lb loaf French bread
½ lb deli roast beef

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and cut the French bread into 30 slices.

Slice the beef, tomatoes, and onions.

Brush the olive oil on both sides of the bread slices and bake for 5 minutes on a baking sheet, which has not been greased.

Cool the French bread slices, then spread the cream cheese on top.

Put a slice of roast beef on top of that, and then add the green onions and tomatoes.
