Ingredients -

1 lb grated cheddar
12 slices poppy seed bread
4 oz jar pimentos, drained
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
12 slices ham
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅔ cup mayonnaise
12 sprigs fresh parsley, to garnish
12 pimento-stuffed green olives

Preparation:

Combine the cheddar, pimentos, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise in a food processor and pulse a few times.

Divide this mixture between the ham slices and roll them up, securing each one with a toothpick.

Cut the pimento-stuffed olives in half horizontally and put one in each end of the ham roll.

Put the rolled up ham slices on the bread slices and garnish each one with a sprig of fresh parsley.
