Ingredients -
16 oz crescent rolls
1 lb uncooked small link sausages
1 handful grated cheddar (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the sausages in a skillet for 10 minutes over a medium high heat.
They are done when they are cooked through and browned.
Drain them on paper towels. Divide the crescent rolls into triangles and put a sausage in the middle of each triangle.
Roll them up, beginning with the wide end.
Place them on an ungreased baking sheet, sprinkle some cheddar over the top if you want to, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pigs in a blanket are golden brown.
Serve warm, with a dipping sauce if desired.
