Ingredients -
1 flour tortilla
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ banana, sliced
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat.
Spread the peanut butter on one side of the tortilla.
Spread the jelly over the top and arrange the banana on one half.
Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling and heat in for 2 minutes on each side in the skillet until it is hot and lightly browned all over.
Slice it into wedges and serve warm.
