The Best Popcorn Chicken Recipe

Ingredients -

2 chicken breasts, no skin, or bones
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups rice flour
½ cup garlic powder
1 tablespoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons cumin

Preparation:

Combine all the dry popcorn chicken ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and parboil them in salted water.

Drain the chicken and let it cool, then dredge the pieces in the egg, before coating them in the dry ingredient mixture.

Deep fry the popcorn chicken until golden brown.

Serve the popcorn chicken hot with a dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour sauce.
