Ingredients -

4 plum tomatoes
2 mozzarellas di Bufala
8 fresh basil sprigs
½ minced yellow onion
Extra-virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and lay the slices on a chilled platter, allowing them to overlap.

Sprinkle the minced onion on top and drizzle with olive oil.

Grind some salt and black pepper over the salad and garnish with fresh basil.
