Ingredients -

11 oz can corn
15 oz can black beans
1 avocado
¼ cup diced red onion
1 teaspoon salt
Juice from 2 limes
⅓ cup fresh cilantro
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced jalapeño

Preparation:

Drain the corn, then drain and rinse the black beans.

Chop the tomatoes, red bell pepper, and cilantro.

Combine everything except the avocado.

Cover and chill for 2 hours, then chop and stir in the avocado.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
